As a partner to the trade, we import a diverse range of wood products, which we refine in our modern planing and coating facility. In addition to our production site in Germany, we operate purchasing offices in Shanghai, China, and Riga, Latvia.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a
Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)
to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
Managing your own existing customer portfolio, handling inquiries through daily telephone and written communication.
Preparing offers and pricing calculations in cooperation with management and ensuring follow-up.
Processing existing and self-generated orders.
Supporting the entire sales team in day-to-day business and identifying new customer potential.
Developing new concepts in direct collaboration with customers and management.
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Experience in sales is an advantage, but recent graduates are also very welcome.
Strong analytical skills, organizational talent, and excellent communication abilities.
Customer- and solution-oriented mindset and actions.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Intrinsically motivated with the ability to inspire others.
A high level of responsibility, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills complete your profile.
